Everytime I bring my grandma here to get help with the stuff she bought from them... We try to be here at opening. It's half an hour after opening and there's no one here. This has happened more than once now. Sometimes we can't stay around and wait... This is very disappointing and not good for business.. If you can't open by 10:30 am then change your hours because this is ridiculous....
This company have not delivered appropriate service to my elderly father after they received his initial payment for the product -- which has not functioned properly since it's initial installment. The monitoring company, while more responsive, came yesterday and unplugged numerous equipment that should not have been, which meant my *elderly father* had to climb to a rooftop and re-plug them. This place is a joke. Called the Vancouver store and no one answered. Then called the surrey store and left a message and in months no one called back. Called Vancouver again and i think jason or something answered. He was friendly and i asked if they have an item that they have on the website. He said it is discontinued, but i have something similar. That similar item on Amazon has 2.6 stars and they sell it. Why have something on your website but is discontinued. I went in and it was as though they did not want me in there making me think that that's who's been spying on me. I was treated as though I didn't need anything in their store because they are the ones spying . Pretty much told that When they said what I pointed at I couldn't afford. How do the know what I can afford and what I cannot? What weird thing to say
