One tree died was told i need to pay another install fee for the tree under warranty. Received a phone call it was back in stock and to pick it out. Got there they didnt have my size like they said they did, had to pay extra. Girl behind the counter was quite nasty. Needs a personality. Wouldnt recommed them.

Hey James, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience here at The Sprucery Garden Center. Yes, your tree was under warranty. Our one year warranty policy states that the plant material is covered 100% but the labor is not. You could have picked up the same priced item for no additional charge. But, you wanted us to remove and replace it and you picked out a larger than the one that died therefore you had to pay the price difference. This place has a variety of plants to choose from.
After purchasing $3000 of plants and trees from The Sprucery, I found one Globe Spruce, a $90 value, which was damaged (split 3 ways down the center trunk like someone stepped on it). Unfortunately due to the large number of plants we had delivered (71 plants), and the fact that the delivery driver was 72 years old with a cracked rib so I unloaded most of the truck myself, I missed the damage upon delivery. When I contacted Megan, the sales person, she told me first that delivery only means we drive the plants to your house.... read more

Looking for a tree this weekend? THIS is the place! We purchased another tree this morning, and important: we included the transport, planting, planting mix (special mix) & support poles. Every one who works here is dedicated to ensuring you have a great outcome. They provide helpful watering instructions, too. Our Autumn Blaze Maple is doing extremely well. We had it planted by them a few years ago. Fall is a great time for planting.
