We spend thousands on spartan junipers and Grasses last winter. All trees were purchased thru Dusty were installed by the nursery’s delivery and installation crew. So far we have 4 trees that have died within month after install.. we contacted Dusty under the presumption that the the nursery would replace them under warranty. We spend thousands of dollars on spartan junipers and had the same transported and installed by the nursery. Dusty even though very personable and nice in person when we purchased our trees showed us a cold shoulder when it came to replacing three junipers that died within month of being installed by the nursery’s delivery crew. He simply did not honor the warranty that they advertise on their website. Gunther Covers Zero customer satisfaction consideration or honoring of warranty.
