Unbelievable service. Incredibly helpful and highly experienced team. Ken (the owner) sets the tone of care and respect -- female friendly shop - he walked me through everything that had to be done and took the time to explain the hows and whys. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE! I cannot say enough good things about Ken. My Sprinter started acting up on a drive down to OR. I stopped in to see how serious the alert was - I had never been in the shop before. Nonetheless Ken looked at my Sprinter immediately and took care of the issue, and got me back on the road in no time. Ken is a Master Mercedes Technician and his whole team is incredibly experienced. They took my van from being a liability to and asset and back to work full time. It was a tricky fix that was looked at by several people before them. Lakewood was a bit of a drive but well worth it as they have to equipment and knowledge others lack. I have a dodge sprinter and it is hated by dodge and Mercedes. These guy took it in and fixed the electrical issue that others could not figure out. I will always own a sprinter and always use these guys
