It is like living in a concentration camp..Always on your butt about one thing or another..seems like they want to force out the seniors and low incomes
This community is anything but a community. Instead of talking to their residents they post fines on your door. They also wait to do it when you're not home and wait until Friday so you can't argue with them. My kids are outside a total of 20 min a day and I have 3 witnesses that say its not my kids throwing rocks yet we still get fined for it. This people dicrimate against our war veterans. The military can send a soldier to war with a felony that occurred when he was a young man. This man has turned his life around, is a good warrior husband father and friend. The management is rude, crass and extremely disrespectful to its tenets. They all need to be replaced with people that care about its tenets. Or they need to attend extensive customer service courses as well learning how to be polite. I have lived here since 2008 and I hate it. 5 years ago they raised the rent to put in a new gate. The gate broke and they just gave up on fixing it, but I'm still paying the increased rent. Then they decide to raise the rent again in November to apparently fix the gate AND put in security cameras. Nothing has been fixed or installed. The park is filled with glass and trash. When I complained I was given the excuse that parents aren't teaching their kids to pick up after themselves. There is NO trash can to pick up after you... read more
