We recently made several visits to the Springs to find a new home for my mother-in- law. She deposited on a one bedroom patio home and will move in Spring if 2027. The experience we had with staff- Kelli, Chase and Brooklyn was great. Kelli took extra time and effort to answer all our questions. My dad is a resident here that started in skilled rehab post stroke. The care that he receives is top notch and every staff member we encounter is very friendly. You can tell they care about their residents well being.

An elderly friend of mine was placed here after leaving the hospital for PT and OT services. During her 8 day stay her linens were never changed, her floor was never vacuumed, she was never given a shower and was left in the bed and on the toilet on multiple occasions. The nursing staff was very disconnected from the residents there and only recognized by their room numbers. The facility is beautiful BUT the look is very deceiving.

The staff was pretty good, the therapy was great! The building is lovely and is kept pretty clean. My only complaint is I have food, allergies, and part of the time they would not feed me at all. They conveniently would forget to bring me a tray And sometimes they would bring me a tray that was full of foods I couldn’t eat and then they would take that plate away and never bring me anything else. My son provided a mini fridge and that was a game changer for me that allowed me to finish my time there. I recommend it if you ca... read more
