This is one community that I can leave a very long p review. Put in a nutshell, the reason I’m giving a five star is because of the level of care and tenderness they provide for the residents. . Everyone here is intentional in making life being live at the highest level of quality. Amy, Lynn , Cari, Mandi,, Christine, Chad,..and many more, Are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Be sure to give 2 weeks notice before you die. They will charge $229/day even after you empty apt in assisted living thru the paid-up date. Corporate greed & mean policy at work.
This place doesn't pay employees when they should even via direct deposit, caregivers have abused their residents and still gets passed by state as a good facility bc they are very cautious about what they do when state comes in! 10/10 do not recommend putting a loved one in this facility
Care giver in cottage G evening shift (yesterday)needs a promotion.she is so nice, loving and so kind.she loves those residents and above all she was extra nice to me as agency staff.young girl I celebrate you
