Extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Turned what could have been an AlCan nightmare into an easy fix. We called to see if they would have to parts we needed and they were happy to check inventory. Upon arriving, the staff walked us through how we would do the repair ourselves (including pictures and detailed step by step instructions). I booked an appointment with Tamarack weeks out to have a hitch and wiring kit installed in preparation for my cross country move. After driving in from two hours away for my appointment, they informed me that they would not be able to install my wiring kit because I had not vacuumed my car. Had I known vacuuming my car was a requirement of a trailer hitch install, I would have done this beforehand.
