Staff don’t care about members at all. Apparently “reservations recommended” means “required”. There’s no signage inside saying anything about reservations, but they kicked me out. When I told the staff they need to have a sign they walked away from me without listening.

Called ahead about ADA accommodations. Was told that the building was accessible, that there was a pool lift chair and that there was a full size (adult) changing table. Pro: the pool is very nice, 2 lap lanes and shallow area, a kid's play area and a hot tub. The play area and hot tub have ramps. There is a pvc wheelchair available. Con: The building doors and changing room doors do not have automatic switches. There is a family changing room but they only have benches, no adult changing table.
