Terrible experience renting from these people. Would avoid at all costs. Tons of issues. Kitchen was under water twice before they finally agreed to come out and fix the problem. Pipe busted twice. Turned out, they had to redo the entire underneath of the sink as it wasn’t high enough to drain out properly. The bathroom sink was just as bad. Wouldn’t drain. I recently called about a water issue that needed fixed. Although customer service could have definitely been better over the phone, my issue was routed to the correct department and the water issue was fixed quite fast. I would like to specifically give a shoutout to our repairman! He did a fantastic job, was professional, and was very kind! Don’t trust them with anything !! This company put over 5 family’s on the street from my apartment so they can remodel and charge us for the move out. If you rely on where you call home DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !
