I was really disappointed with my experiences at Spotted Cow in Adrian, Michigan. My orders have been messed up multiple times, which is frustrating when you’re paying for your food and ice cream. Another big disappointment is that they don’t offer pup cups for dogs. Many ice cream shops provide a small treat for customers’ pets, and it’s a nice gesture that makes people want to come back.
