The people at this hotel do not do their job accurately. I called to advise that I would be staying in an extra night. The front desk ladyNaya never call the maid, so my room was clean so all of my personal items was thrown away. The manager AMY was NOT any help at all I NEVER did receive my refund and whenever I call, she NEVER picks up the phone and the maid did TAKE MY ITEMS HOME WITH HER(SHE TOLD ME HERSELF).
Absolutely horrible! The staff is beyond rude! We stayed with a whole cheer team and the staff was over heard talking horribly about the children. No towels at the pool… ever. The rooms were run down and tiny. We ended our stay early and went to another hotel.
They were SO accommodating- We came in town for a cheer competition they let us check in early, gave us plenty towels, let us do a late check out it was clean and just perfect, highly recommend
Location was great Bad breakfast Not the most clean
