David gave me a wonderful experience. I received a one-hour full-body massage that focused on my back and neck. It helped me so much!
My husband and I both received deep tissue massages while visiting Tennessee this summer. Megan did an excellent job! She has a talent and technique for body work to suit your needs. The spa was warm and inviting and created a calm atmosphere for relaxation. I highly recommend The Spot Spa for your wellness needs!
I never have been to a spa. I was a little nervous, but it was the best experience. Not only did it shed off aches and pains it mentally melted off depression that I held on too. She also explained after how your body stores stress and trauma. It was amazing. Can't wait to go again.
Megan and David were excellent and professional! Both were very skilled massage therapists. I mean, THE BEST! Highly recommend ! The place was very clean and peaceful.
The absolute best massages we have ever gotten! Megan and Dave did an absolute phenomenal job. We wished we lived closer to be able to come more often. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
