Very unprofessional, poor work, they change mechanics almost monthly, the owner wont return emails. You have to call him 2 to 3 times before he calls you back. Unorganized they stripped my car and the parts are all over the shop they tried to even give me the wrong car parts. When I tried to take my after them having it for more than a year I was told he would not refund my money unless I sign paperwork saying I won’t sue them. Rats are living in my car and they moved it around Soo much that it’s been scratched up.

The Spot treated me with so much Respect and Love. Did a Beautiful job in putting my transmission in. I will always have my car serviced at The Spot.

This guy wanted to take my truck for 5 days! Just to replace my ABS. I brought it on a Tuesday, like I was asked, and he said he would try to get to it on the weekend. I couldn’t believe it. I then told him I would just bring it on the weekend, and he said there wasn’t a guarantee that he could get to it that weekend. Very confusing, but not as bad as the price. He told me a little under $1000... I took it elsewhere, and spent $700 less. ;)
