I had a tour scheduled for 3PM and was told 2 hours before the tour that it needed to be rescheduled because her child was sick. I asked can there be accommodations as I rearranged my whole day and job for this tour. I had to follow up via text so I know the plan. She then stated her husband will meet me at 4PM. I agreed and arrived at 3:40 PM with my best friend. I informed her I was out at front. My best friend and I left at 4:20 after being told at 4PM her husband was 2 stops away on the train. I booked this event space a month in advance and everything seemed fine at first. Then out of nowhere, they canceled without any explanation, even though I had already mentioned it was for the holidays. What’s worse, they relisted the same date at a higher price. Super unprofessional and honestly disappointing. I won’t be booking with them again.
Absolutely amazing experience! I recently hosted my daughter's party here, and everything exceeded my expectations. The space was beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for all our guests to enjoy comfortably. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from setup to cleanup. The atmosphere was perfect. Everyone had such a great time! I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host an stress-free and memorable event.

Cute space to host my kid's birthday party. I've never thrown a birthday party before and the new owner Daya was so sweet she went above and beyond to make sure that my decor was beautiful and answered all many many questions
