Visited from out of town. After paying for a day pass (thankful for the Friday discount, I didn’t stay super long), the front desk staff didn’t offer any sort of orientation to the space. Had to ask specifically where bathrooms were, where to get upstairs… Sure I could wander and find them, but kind hospitality always feels welcoming. I appreciate a quick run down of the space when I visit a new gym and explicitly say it’s my first time there. Dropped in from out of town. Very different from my usual bouldering gym but I loved it. Friendly people, extremely chill atmosphere. Not too many people. I went on a Thursday and they were playing climbing trivia, which was really fun but calm! The walls were a pretty good height. Setting was solid, though I wish there were slightly more climbs that really involved balancing. Day pass was a bit pricey but not absurd. But still a great experience. Will go back whenever I am in Boulder.
