Absolutely love this place! It’s hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’m truly sad to be leaving, as I’m moving farther away. In short, Maeve is amazing! Her knowledge of how the human body works is unparalleled. I have been lifting for over 30 years and I have never encountered a trainer so knowledgeable. Worth every penny.
There is a reason The Spot Athletics won the Community's Choice Awards’ Best Gym in Columbus. The coaches are top-tier. They make sure you're reaching your goals while lifting correctly and safely. Specifically, I want to shout out Coach Billy who makes everyone feel welcome and is always good for a laugh. I can't say enough great things about this place and its staff.
I’ve been going to The Spot athletics for the past 3 years and the atmosphere and coaching is the absolute best!
