I started doing adult fitness at the Dublin Spot and could not be more thankful for it. Once I get there I know everything is taken care and set up for my goals and I just got to get the work done. It’s an amazing facility. Great coaches. They track your workouts and build programs for the goals you have. There is adult personal training and group classes. Thank you for everything you guys do!
