My kids have been training at the Spot for over a year now, and I am very happy with the work Maeve has done with them. They have improved their strength, speed, running form, and overall athleticism. Plus they really enjoy training with her in this amazing gym.
The Spot is absolutely fantastic but I'm going to be honest that this review is more about Coach Maeve than anything. Frankly, I don't know if we would love The Spot as much as we do if it weren't for Maeve... maybe...but my family's experience there has been so much about what Maeve has done for my girls. My son is a track thrower (shot and discus) and has had an awesome experience at The Spot with Evan. Evan was a thrower in college and can relate to my son. We’ve always been happy at The Spot …. But this experience Is so helpful because he knows how to train him for this specific sport. He can bring real life examples to why they are doing certain things and what it will help him do in the future.
Excellent strength training in a semi private training sessions led by a certified trainer. Coach Emily keeps it upbeat and motivating at early morning workouts. Clean and spacious facility. Highly recommend!
