I love the spot. Such nice trainers and so thorough and professional. I'm 70 years old and have never been in better shape, thanks to two and a half years with this great crew. It is worth every penny!!

The staff always says hello to me by name even if I don't work with them. Anyone who I have worked with has always been excellent at pushing me in the right direction.
