The website automatically adds a tip to your order. Why would I tip someone that I don’t see. And there’s no one there to ask about it. Very poor

I’m very disappointed with the acai bowl that I received. Being almost 20 bucks to get an acai bowl is ridiculous plus you would think you would receive a lot of fruit. That is not the case it’s actually embarrassing that you let orders go out like that. The quality of the food is not the problem it’s the laziness of your workers who don’t put in any effort into making the bowl. Paying near 20 bucks for your acai bowl should be filled with fruit. So inconsistent!!! When it’s good it’s really good, but there’s been multiple times where I’ve gotten it and it’s soup. The granola and the fruit is soggy, and the açaí is straight liquid. I’ve started to write thick consistency in the note section, which has made the bowls better overall but I just went today and I think it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. It’s warm and soggy, but somehow there’s ice chunks in it?? I’ve worked at an acai store before and this is not how they’re supposed to be made.
