don't take your daughters here. I came here when I was in highschool for 3 bulged discs in my lower back....while the exercises helped, the commentary on my body did not....I was being helped by a younger man with dark hair, he had me do multiple stretches but while I was doing one of them he made a comment on my butt saying it looked "juicy"...disgusting.
