I really needed this deep massage. It felt painful at times, but it released a lot of emotions and tightness in my body that I didn’t know I was holding onto, and afterwards I had more space to breathe. John released my tight diaphragm which has helped me for my yoga and breath work practices. Thank you John

There was a clear difference before & after the treatment and John gave me guidance on how I could maintain & build on what he had done.
