He combines sports massage with glute therapy and Eastern medicine techniques, and the results are truly impressive. Knowledgeable and effective, after a long search for the right practitioner I’m so relieved to have found John. How he works aligns with what I was looking for to support me with my fitness goals. I weight train and this is exactly what my body needed.
John booked me in on short notice to address a back injury. And I can only say what great service and a genuinely great bloke. He took the time to assess why and what may have caused the injury followed with muscle and tissue work. Highly recommended+
I went to get help with breathlessness but in fact the activation process has improved quite a few areas in my life. The breathing is vastly improved as well as balance and stamina. Friends are telling I look really well without knowing anything about the treatment, and I feel rejuvenated! I never expected this and I am truly grateful to have found this.
