John booked me in on short notice to address a back injury. And I can only say what great service and a genuinely great bloke. He took the time to assess why and what may have caused the injury followed with muscle and tissue work. Highly recommended+
I went to get help with breathlessness but in fact the activation process has improved quite a few areas in my life. The breathing is vastly improved as well as balance and stamina. Friends are telling I look really well without knowing anything about the treatment, and I feel rejuvenated! I never expected this and I am truly grateful to have found this.
I visited John having recovered from a stress fracture in my foot and was about to begin my return to running. I really enjoyed learning about the activation techniques and it was really motivating seeing my body start to work properly as I began my return to training.
