THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST GYM IN NEW YORK CITY. I was shopping for a gym for quite some time. I would like to cancel my membership due to misinformation by your front desk, that was followed by inappropriate leniency of club rules by first allowing my participation in back to back swimming appointments during the initial 7 day period of my membership and then later not. Specifically, it was wrong of your club to mislead me by allowing me to book back to back appointments during my 7 day cancellation period and then afterwards to be informed that it was not.
