The SportLab is Muskoka’s first and only athlete-focused Sport Therapy Clinic. We go beyond simply treating injury, to also improve our clients’ future performance. We partner with athletes and active individuals to help them achieve their long-term goals, and they return to work and sport post-injury even better than they were before.

I was a powerlifter and hurt my back in Jan. ‘24. My back problems had degenerated to the point I couldn’t sleep I had so much pain. Sciatica, numbness in the foot and leg, painful knots in my hamstring. Terrible. Dr. Lowell Grieb went out of his way to see me when I was distressed and gave me a plan to follow. Im currently 7 months pregnant and have been experiencing a lot him pain. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs while doing my massage. I definitely recommend him to everyone in Muskoka.
