David is an incredible realtor and friend. I've purchased and sold homes with him, as well as recommended him to friends who also had a great experience with him. He's thoughtful, knowledgeable and makes the process as seamless as possible.
David is great. He helped me buy and sell my current home and now is assiting with the purchase of my new home. He will bend over backwards and help with anything you need to sell your home.
I will use David on my next buy or sell as he was very good to work with. Was helpful on finding me a house that met my criteria and helped with the inspection.
David is a saint! My husband is very difficult to please. We looked at so many houses, it was making me dizzy! He would email us pics and videos so we could plan which houses to tour on our trips to Cape Coral. We found working with David a compete pleasure. He is both very knowledgeable and professional. The most important thing to us was his honesty. He knew exactly what we wanted for a home and found us the "Perfect" one!
David knew the market, and listened to our needs and wants and was able to find the perfect retirement home for us in Cape Coral. It was actually the very first home we viewed ( although he was able to show us several) in a very short time. He is so easy to work with and flexible. Working with David had was a pleasure. I am a very difficult person and I'm very opinionated on what I want. David was patient and was able to answer every question I had. My husband and I were able to find a home that it had everything on our checklist. I would highly recommend David.
David's best asset is that he is TENACIOUS! Several times during the process of selling a FL. condo (not an easy task) David somehow kept the difficult negotiations going forward when it seemed futile. HE DID IT!!
