We tried the Texan burger, hot bird sandwich and the Philly cheese steak, and loved them all! I really liked the vibes inside 🏜️ and the staff was perfect!
We ended up at The Spoke on Center after 5 days in Moab and loved our meal. The chicken tenders and fish tacos were the highlights. Our waiter, whose name escapes me but had the best braided beard, was kind and competent, and even suggested a scenic route for our way out of town. We took it and wouldn’t have even thought about it had he not mentioned it—TOTALLY worth it. Thanks to the crew at The Spoke on Center for making our last night in Moab memorable.
Sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Ich hatte den Hawaiin Burger, der sehr lecker war. Der Service war ein wenig langsam, für 3 Bier mussten wir ungewöhnlich warten. Das Ambiente ist aber cool, und insgesamt nicht so laut wie viele andere Restaurants.

Food is good, nothing special or standout though. The burgers and macaroni poppers were good. When we came it was not busy and there were lots of empty tables, but it felt like we were being rushed out. The appetizer came out after our burgers and the service was overall very rushed.
