Nobody else I talk to in this town has to deal with this stuff at their apartments.
It has been over 90 degrees in my apt every day for the past week- in the coolest room. My AC has been out for two weeks- Apexaz told me ‘ sorry i can’t control the whether’ and ‘its just hot’ Forget about security- my apt had a Working Key left outside that i discovered opened all of my door locks- both me and my BF’s cars were broken into in the first week I lived here and the car gate Still does not close- no security and no reliability when it comes so AC and the legal limits outlined for a landlord in AZ Anyone reading ... read more
When my husband and I were relocating from San Diego, we found this apartment complex and thought it must be too good to be true. Well it is. They will do anything to get you in and once you're in, squeeze you for any and all money they can. Extremely poor management, poor communication, and lack of follow-up on problems. The complex itself has been having maintenance done to all of the units. Which we have been more than patient with.
