Extremely helpful staff and an amazing in store selection of bikes and parts! Not to mention they have a very chill shop dog, what's not to like?
We purchased an expensive bicycle here and were told the first tune up would be free. When we had the tune up done, we were told that we had not had it done soon enough- that we would be charged for full price for the tune up. The price was excessive and the worker behind the counter was argumentative and rude. We will never use their service again and will certainly not recommend this shop.

I haven't been to the shop in years, mostly because my son's racing days are long gone. Back then, I always got good service and pleasant and helpful conversation. Recently though, during a bike restoration project I was getting into, I called to ask about the possibility of finding a 2000 Rock Shox SID SL fork. They recommended against buying a used one but suggested I call a guy out in Idaho about maybe buying a refurbished one. I followed their suggestion and ended up with a beautiful fork to finish my project. Thanks guy... read more
