this store sells sick animals with parasites an undernourished had our rabbit four days n died at vet shop owner could care less and is rude I know I'm not the only one said don't waste your money

I know you were very upset when we spoke ...understandably...I tried to turn a bad situation around and was not able to make that happen. I apologized profusely stating that its always sad when you lose a pet especially when there is a child involved. I told you that I'm sorry you did not reach out to me first, because I would have taken on the burden of going to the vet. I absolutely love the spoiled pet. Great items for every animal and great prices. Also very friendly people. Every question I had to ask they answered without hesitation, so that shows you there, they know what they are talking about. If you haven’t been to the spoiled pet before, it’s definitely a place to check out

Great place for exotic pets. We bought our sugar glider there a year ago, and they have been super helpful. We get her nails trimmed there and today, our little glider freaked out and bit one of the staff. The woman didn’t get upset and acted super professional and understands that sometimes the gliders get scared before a clipping. She took it in stride. If you want an exotic pet, go there for sure.
I love the spoiled pet they have friendly little critters. I actually bought one of my sugar gliders from there and he is super sweet. The staff was very nice, helpful while helping me pick out my glider, answering some questions and concerns I had I definitely recommend them if you want a sweet loving pet they have the best. The picture added is my sweet glider boy named Cosmo I got from them😊❤️
I love the variety here! Have purchased a hermit crab in the past and was very impressed on the habitat. No colored rocks for them and after lots of research I was glad to see the natural bedding as opposed to what you might see in Beach stores. Excited for our new additions!
this is a wonderful place to get your fur babie and even slithery babies . they really do take care of their customers and I will definitely be coming here again .
