We had my 9 year old's birthday party here, and it was great. No complaints at all. The main staff member/manager who greeted us (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) was incredible the entire time. She was kind, knowledgeable, and great with our kids. Our kids liked her so much, and they even told me afterward that they thought she really liked them too 🤣. She was also very patient with them and with me when I had questions. My items had to be shipped since we live out of state. They arrived in the box exactly as pictured with no packing materials to protect them. We had $200 worth of memories tossed into a card board box that arrived broken. I contacted the store and got a nice email saying how sorry they were and that they would refund me. They never game me the refund and have ignored all my emails since. If you live out of town and can’t pick this up after it dries, I don’t recommend going here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed this paint studio! They accidentally misplaced my bear, but they handled it immediately and fixed the problem, super responsive staff. I’ll definitely be back! Slightly messy, so dress accordingly lol.
