Staff is ALWAYS so friendly. Very high quality, good smelling products. Always love my visits here.
I love this store!! They have so many fun soap products and lotions. I love the option they have to do refills on lotion.
I only stopped in briefly, but I had three different staff members greet me! Their soaps smell amazing and the vibes of the shop are immaculate. I'm definitely going to be back!
It is unheard of to go in to select products, only to have the person assisting you try to sell you whatever suits “them” best. If you are clear about your preferences and haven't asked for their opinion, it is simply disrespectful. Furthermore, they lack transparency regarding order delivery. It is extremely frustrating to have to keep calling just to get a clear idea of when you will actually receive your products.
