So hard to rate this place because it has many good amenities. However the deferred maintenance brings it down makes it look bad. You can see many items that have gone uncorrected on the property. It has boat slips available with some rentals. There is a small pool and a heated hot tub that works well. There are owners living here but also short and long term tenants. The location is a great it's very convenient to places on the island. Good place to stay consider first floor unit the stair are a killer.
This unit needs a bit of a refresh. Paint is peeling, beds are a little too firm for our liking. TV in the main bedroom does not have a cable box. It states it is on antenna mode, but no signal. There were 5+ half opened bags of charcoal and a large destroyed rug thrown to the side of the patio. Only one chair was available to sit outside on. On the brighter side, great parking space, comfortable living area, kitchen well equipped and AC worked great. Fairly new washer and dryer. The canal is ideal for throwing a line in.
