I started visiting Dr. Jenna over a year ago primarily due to Lower Back and Hip Pain that I experienced as an endurance runner. Dr. Jenna’s Gonstead technique adjustments have kept me from being sidelined which typically occurs during a heavy training block me. Dr. Jenna is so talented! I have struggled with neck pain for years, and her precise adjustments have really helped me keep it under control and that means a lot. She is efficient, easy to schedule with, and such a joy to be around.
I’ve seen 2 other chiropractors at different clinics for years and never received any relief and it was looking like a lost cause. BUT, then I started going to the Spinery and Jenna took X-rays right away and told me what I needed to do, myself, after getting adjusted to feel relief. I am now finally starting to feel that relief in my lower back and Jenna is very insightful when it comes to helping you get back to feeling not so old.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kuiken for a couple months now. She’s been great. My alignment has been way out of whack from having kids and not exercising. Was having tons of neck pain and migraines, which is now 95% resolved. I appreciate the ease of scheduling too, and the convenient location.
