Lanie was amazing - she's incredibly personable and knows her stuff. She did a great job of listening to how my knee was feeling and my recovery goals and tailored her approach specifically to them. It made the whole PT experience much better than I had ever expected. Would highly recommend Lanie (and the rest of her great team) to anyone in need of some PT.

Been going here for about four months now and I can confidently say the staff here are always friendly, accommodating, professional, and overall great at what they do! Jessica at the front desk is always very helpful in answering questions, and Lanie, my PT, has helped me tremendously with my neck and shoulder issues!

My mother could not even sit or stand straight in early November 2019. So after hours of research for a physical therapist, I found NY Spine and Rehab. We started going there twice a week for 2 months and I saw HUGE improvements. After each massage and ultrasound, Lanie (PT) also spends each visit going over the stretches and exercises my mother has to do. Lanie is a gem: The staff are very friendly, they want to work with you, and will bend over backwards (and make you bend over too!) to ensure you get better. Also, I have had no problems with insurance or payment. In all regards everyone here is exemplary. If you need physical therapy, I can highly recommend them.
