I am not so sure if I want to go back to Dr Latrice Akuamoah . I used to go to 3311 pain management but something happens that they close down silly I made an appointment with Spine and Pain Institute I'm in bed I'm in bad shape so talk to the doctor and let her know what was going on and I told you where I was on as far as medicine goes and she said that the only way she would treat me if I should give me injections now I've never had an injection in the spine before it's something that I need to think about before I let an... read more
Dr Latrice Akuamoah is an excellent Pain Management Physician. I go to her at the 1 Hollow Lane, New Hyde Park, NY location. She is really amazing at her profession. I highly recommend going to Dr. Akuamoah if you have spine, lower back, neck, knee and other arthritic issues.!!
Honestly some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. Doctors are great, but the receptionist are terrible. Continuously provide incorrect appointment information and are rude when you address their errors. I will be switching doctors offices ASAP

Hi, I can’t THANK Dr. Otterbeck and his staff for relieving me of my back pain. He and his staff are so caring and professional. If I didn’t know I was on Staten Island and next to Royal Crown I would have thought I was at NYU. I have had chronic back pain for many years and have seen other doctors who gave me shots in my back. It wasn’t until I saw Dr. Otterbeck that my pain has subsided.
