My 78 yr old husband, Col Craig Mays, had neck fusion and L2-5 decompression surgery w/Dr. Tim Monroe. HE IS FABULOUS! From his caring bedside manner to his deliberate diagnostic approach with clear explanations acheiving a great outcome on both. Be advised, he is not a man who "rushes" to surgery... a plus in my book! He has hired a professional and caring staff... we had a stellar experience. I highly recommend him. I had bad neck pain, an mri showed that c5- c7 were bulging and pressing on the spine. Dr. Monroe performed the surgery and fused c5,6&7 . I don’t have neck pain and pretty much all head movement. I’m very glad I had the surgery. Dr. Monroe is a great spine surgeon

Their best doctor left the practice and the staff is not the kindest or most helpful.
