Very professional and kind...in tune and sympathetic to the needs and problems of the patients
I called two weeks ago and left a message. A week ago, I called and actually got a human. I gave all my info and very good insurance. I was hopeful. I got a call this morning that my voice message from two weeks ago was being returned. How do you stay in business?
This practice failed me!
I never got the chance to say thanks to Dr. Timothy Monroe for saving my life last year. He did emergency brain surgery and saved my life. I can't put into words how grateful I am. Thank God for people like you. May you live a very blessed life. THANK YOU!!!
Dr Monroe and his entire staff are amazing people! If it were not for Dr Monroe and his excellent ability in neurosurgery I probably would not be able to walk today. My PA and her ma are kind and very professional. I actually look forward to this doctor visit every 4 weeks after my major spine surgery I had in February. I cannot thank you guys enough for helping me get my life back in order.
