On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, I attended my initial appointment with Nurse Practitioner Esquivel, who prescribed two medications and ordered physical therapy. This morning, at 8:05 A.M., I reported an allergic reaction to the medication, including facial and lip swelling, among other symptoms. Despite this, as of 4:12 P.M., I have not received a response. Cattle call. 2 1/2 hour wait, 5 minute visit. Left hand and left leg are numb. Dr. looked to my MRI (clearly showing two disc bulging) and said he couldn't help me!!
We were scheduled for 9:30. When we arrived they said WE had cancelled his appointment. To pacify us we were moved from the lobby to an exam room. 1 hr in the lobby and 1 hr in the exam room so far. This is the most over booked inefficient practice I have ever incountered. 36 years in nursing. No excuse in the modern practice of medicine should this occur. Third world. Bring your lunch or go elsewhere
Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the Nirse Practioner before leaving. Can't imagine how long I would have had to wait to see a Doctor! My time is valuable too!
Disappointed with Staff Efficiency, NO RESPECT FOR PATIENT TIME, overbooking of patients. Despite Excellent Care from Dr. Lovato I was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment and it's now 10:22 am with no call yet. The lack of respect for patient time is disappointing. If I were just 10 minutes late, my appointment would likely be canceled, and I would be charged a fee.
