I’ve been seeing Krishan for help with my back injury and the difference has been brilliant. He really takes the time to understand what’s going on and explains everything clearly. The treatment and support have made a huge impact — I’m moving with much more confidence now and the pain has eased a lot. Really grateful for his continued help and would highly recommend him.

My visits not only helped my back in the short-term, but really helped me to understand the reason I had back issues to begin with. It also really helped to be able to access my exercises on the website set up by the team.

I booked an initial appointment at The Spine Clinic after suffering unexplained lower back pain for 5 years. After seeing doctors, and physios and seeing no improvement, and with no explanation of the root cause of the pain, I grew to accept that it was ‘normal’ to expect back pain in your 40s.
