I booked an initial appointment at The Spine Clinic after suffering unexplained lower back pain for 5 years. Thank you, Minesh, for helping me improve my body's movement. I had really bad back and hip pain that resulted from bad posture and stress. Minesh helped me overcome it using his programme. I recommend his services! As a young person, this is very helpful to prevent future issues.

Minesh has been a huge support and part of my recovery journey. I have struggled with left sided mid trap and neck pain for 2 years and have tried everything from Cervical nerve root blocks, to botox trigger point injections and various different physio programs. Finally a physio that doesn’t rely on weekly appointments but actually gives a proper exercise regime to do simply and quickly at home. A well thought out approach which has been seriously effective for me. Highly recommend
