One of the worst departments as a patient I’ve ever had to deal with. In addition i was given a provide who is unresponsive to test results and NEVER has any availability! To have to wait several months to be seen and then turned away for being a few mins late after driving way across town after calling and being told I would still be seen is just unacceptable!! Very unhappy.
Referred me to a PT clinic that cost $1200 an appointment. Found another UC Health PT clinic that only charged $80 an appointment (not a less nice one, Steadman Hawkins Clinic). His team also had a month and a half to send me a billing estimate for PT and sent it 24 hours before my first appointment so I had to show up and find out it was $1200 only to turn around and leave. Thank you, Dr. Evalina Burger!! I am a very active 69 year old male in great health. I have had “back problems” for over 20 years, and have been on pain meds much of that time.
