If you’re a younger person, please do not make the mistake of going here. They will make you wait almost an hour for your appointment, belittle you, and question your ability to pay based on your age. The receptionist gives incorrect information on the phone and they will not honor what she says in person. Genuinely the most unpleasant experience. Bedside manner and making patients comfortable is a huge part of being a good practitioner, and the Spiegels are unfortunately tactless and extremely off putting people.
Went in a bit nervous and they were super kind and fast and explained stuff clear so i felt taken care of. Resulat look natural and the price felt fair and big thanks to cristina and uzma for answering all my questions

Felt confident in their approach and will definitely go back.
Respectful, efficient consult in Newton. Met Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel to discuss facial feminization and left with a clear, staged plan. They really care about their patients. Discreet staff, easy parking behind the building, and on time follow ups, five stars.

The anesthesiology ask if I had any question or concerns told me all about the processes and how am I feeling. Very professionally in all aspects.
