Came to Dr Spiegel with a very thin scar across my nose that was slightly raised. He performed 2 dermabrasion procedures on me using some kind of metal screen/mesh. This resulted in the majority of the tip of my nose becoming scar tissue. It is permanently white, rough, and red. Like another patient review, he eventually abandoned care. Version Mentioning Before & After Photos This review reflects my personal experience with a neck lift and two revisions by Dr. Spiegel. Unfortunately, the results remain uneven with visible loose skin, and my natural neck looked better than the surgical outcome. A second surgeon confirmed that the work will require correction. I was also denied a refund after substantial costs. Before and after photos are available upon request for anyone considering this procedure.
I had a deep plane facelift, upper bleph and laser resurfacing with Dr Tower. Everything went REALLY smoothly; it was much nicer than what I would have experienced in a hospital setting. The nurses and anesthesiologist were top notch and my care coordinator was checking in both before and after surgery to make sure I had everything I needed.
