This tea shop is great. Very friendly staff. Even is an awesome manager. Store is very clean and refreshing atmosphere. I usually go to the winter park Store but now I will be going to this one from now on. Very welcoming staff.

Parked in front, went in and had a great experience. Super array of choices, had an iced tea and picked up several teas for at home! Love this place. Staff know their stuff & is very accomodating and friendly!
Large variety of teas & spices! You are encouraged to smell the items. Clerks are very helpful & are adept in upselling. On street parking @ this store in Winter Garden. Grinder lids break easily but can be replaced free if you ask.
Ariana is amazing!!! Period. So kind to us!!! She showed us everything we needed to know to make a tea selection we were happy with!!!!
