Customer service is exceptional here, prices are average for high quality tea, and the selection is wide.
Love this store so much!! Love all of the teas and spices... we use them daily! Evan and Kyler are such wonderful employees, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Disappointing experience. I found the prices to be very high and the sales approach to be overly aggressive. When shopping in a store like this, I want to be left alone to peruse the products, but instead I was continually upsold, upsold, upsold. I don’t want to be given unsolicited information about everything I’m looking at. I would have spent more money if I felt comfortable shopping at my leisure.
This tea shop is great. Very friendly staff. Even is an awesome manager. Store is very clean and refreshing atmosphere. I usually go to the winter park Store but now I will be going to this one from now on. Very welcoming staff.
