I enjoyed the different spices and teas they had to offer. But like some of the other reviews referenced my husband and I wanted to look at our own leisure but every 3 minutes or so an employee would come up and have us sniff a spice or tea blend. I get the hustle but do it like twice in the visit we probably sniffed 6 different things in 10 minutes lol. Purchased the apricot tea tho 😌
Good assortment, but overpriced - I found an amazing alternative. Also, you will likely get charged incorrectly. I use the refillable containers for my loose leaf tea, and you're supposed to get a discount on refills. For the second time I was charged full price (30+$) for a small container of loose leaf tea rather than the discount. I never notice until I'm already to my car and driving away. MICHELE!!! Man do I love Michele! Came into the store with my boyfriend and my dad who mainly speaks Spanish. She was able to orient him in Spanish and talk to us about her favorite products! Besides the fact she is genuinely such a cool person, funny and witty, she also gave us some good recommendations and made us some AMAZING iced teas. Left the store with some goodies and now the “Morning Mindset Pu-erg Black Tea” has completely replaced my morning coffee. Would 100% come back to this location!

The Spice & Tea Exchange has become a consistent and wonderful way to start my day! All of the staff there are lovely, and we always share the best conversations while the in-house tea prepares. It’s truly a wonderful gem on Plant Street! So, whether you just want a drink, or some tea to bring home, I 100% recommend a stop by!
