Absolutely love this place. The aromas alone from the shop are just incredible. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and friendly. The teas are absolutely amazing. Great place!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just made the switch from coffee to tea and they helped me get started on my Tea journey . The products they sell like kettles , steep mugs , etc are very high quality as is their tea and spice selection. Even the attention to detail for what temperature is preferred for the given tea you select is on the package itself for the teas you buy . The Spice & Tea Exchange is an absolute gem for the small town of West Monroe! It is surrounded by the cutest quaint shops. When walking in, you will be greeted with a wonderful aroma as well as some of the kindest people. They have a wide variety of spices, teas, oils, honeys and accessories. I am an avid matcha drinker, so I was so happy they had a little section for that. One of the employees even helped me choose the right one for myself. Adorable little downtown store.
The second you walk in, the smell of the shop is just lovely. Sherry (I hope I’m correct on the spelling) was so kind! She read me like a book and helped me find a bunch of goodies that I can’t wait to try! I’m excited to come back to try something from their in-shop tea bar! God bless 🫶🏻
