Colleen is amazing!!!! She went out of her way to fulfill an order and ship it to me all the way to Delaware! Very friendly and accommodating. This is definitely the type of people we need more of in business!!! I can’t wait to get to St. Augustine to visit the store and personally meet her.
There's more to thier website than the store. I'm handicapped, using a EVC. She gave me a nasty look and asked if I could leave it outside. I won't be returning. I'll use the website
I was at the spice and tea exchange down in the shopping area of St Augustine today November 22,2025 My friend and I went there we live a few hours away so we go a few times a year .we were waited on by a very helpful gentleman I told him what I needed He went to the back to get the items I wanted made up .All of a sudden a very rude young girl came out saying she was the manager never gave us her name to inform me I couldn't get 5 oz of the 2 different spices I wanted they no longer allow you to get 1 oz only 4 Oz and if yo... read more
Very nice variety of spices and teas all from the field to the cup and plate. I never knew there were so many different varieties.
