Every time I go in, it's always such a nice place. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice makes me feel welcome every time hi go in.
While I enjoy most of their spices, the store has gone downhill. I was there last weekend and the store looked empty and not as decorated as it used to be. I also noticed a lady named Beth, short with blonde hair, no longer works there. She was very knowledgeable and was always willing to check stock in the back. A few times she even went out of her way to check to see what a certain item would be delivered so I knew when to come back. The staff now lacks a little in customer service and don't seem as knowledgeable.
What a selection. Lots of choices with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Love this store! There are so many different blends of tea, very unique. It's pricey, but what a special gift or treat for a tea-lover.
Some of the most exotic spices and flavors I have ever tried, so impressed with the knollage and friendliness of the staff and consistent spices I can not go without. This is a must try gem
