We were strolling by and saw the sign for the cherry pie tea blend. Went in and got it as a cold tea (also available as hot and take home loose tea). It was perfectly made. The cherry flavor is not too strong, the cold tea was sweet enough and refreshing. Staff was nice and helpful (shout out to Leo). We also bought some flavored sugars (they have a WALL of sugar) and loose teas. We'll be back.
Lovely products… Not Black Male friendly. The heavy set woman with the glasses was very racist. She was so busy watching the Black male customers while attending to others it was ridiculous. She almost broke her neck watching their every move.We teach our family about this but never expected for her to do that to a kid. I watched her several times. The other two staff members were polite and greeted you. I wanted a bulk order but decided against.
They have a lot of great stuff here, BUT it's ridiculously expensive. It's helpful if you absolutely NEED a hard to find herb, spice, etc, in a pinch, I suppose. Idk? But, I'll continue ordering my spices elsewhere. It must be said that the staff is very nice, happy to help, and they have nothing to do with the pricing. But unfortunately it's so expensive I can't give it a good rating. It's for tourists like a lot of Carytown, so I'm not too surprised. Sorry for the low rating.
