This is sad. I LOVED Spice & Tea exchange and have shopped there regularly for years. After 2021 I feel like the store has been on a downward slide. The staff used to be AMAZING and the sore just hummed. The last FIVE (5) times I have been in I has staff issues that were noticeable...on their phone, in a private conversation or simply uninterested. Went to get our fall teas and was greated by Adam who was very helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant. Got some great tea and sugar combos.Can't wait to try Bourbon Chestnut Herbal Tea with Gone Bandanas sugar. Thank you Adam!
