By far the most ungodly tea I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. I’m not saying this lightly either. I genuinely like tea, and I went in expecting an actual cup of tea. What I received tasted like someone briefly introduced a tea bag to warm milk, apologized for the inconvenience, and then served me the resulting beige water. There was almost no tea flavor whatsoever. No richness, no body, no depth, nothing. Just hot, vaguely milky water with the distant memory of tea somewhere in the background. I love this shop! I try to visit it every time I am in town. There are so many wonderful teas and spices to try. I recommend checking it out.
This place has a great selection of spices, teas and sugars, yes overpriced but it is close and convenient to me. However the past few times I’ve gone in, the has been zero customer service. Not a greeting when you enter, not a “can I help you find anything”, not even an acknowledgement of the customer when I walked up and said hello before checking out. Has the best chia tea blends and sugars ever, everyone was very friendly! Made a chia tea to go ! If I didn’t had the chia tea to go I wouldn’t have probably had bought the tea till I tasted it! Best knowledge about the teas and spices !
