I’ve been drinking loose-leaf tea for nearly 10 years, and I always enjoy visiting local tea shops to explore new blends and learn about different teas. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and was treated with a noticeable lack of courtesy.
