I’m pretty new to town and just discovered this little gem. The selection is huge, the prices are fair, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I even got an iced tea to go. I will absolutely be returning!
Spent a couple days in Port Washington and one of my favorite stores and shopping experiences was the Spice & Tea Exchange . Certainly a large array of spices , whether they were blends or traditional spices . Also a great variety of teas from around the world and very helpful staff that assisted us and answered all our questions about how to brew the special teas . Picked up a couple bags of teas and some finishing salts . Definitely a store I would come back to
I was there on August 29, 2025 and purchased the Butter Chicken Spice Packet. Upon making the dish (2 days later and 90 miles away) I found one of the spices was missing from the packet (Sweet Onion Sugar). I made the dish anyway and it was very good. I contacted the company via their website to let them know I paid for a spice I did not get. I have not heard from them yet. Otherwise, I love the spices. I love the store.
