From the moment we walked into The Spice & Tea Exchange, we were warmly welcomed and immediately helped with tea selections and choosing a teapot infuser. The young man who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and polite, making the whole experience enjoyable. The store has a wonderful selection of teas, spices, and accessories. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for quality products and exceptional customer service!
The woman at the tea checkout was exceptionally helpful. She helped me immediately to find the best teas for my needs and showed me a fair-priced mug with strainer. I truly enjoyed the jasmine pearls green tea, but the mullein will help me with my cough. Thank you!
Absolutely delightful shop! Came in twice on my week here and will be back everytime were in town! Carl was amazing and super helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. I've never seen a selection as big - plus the beautiful glassware, cute tea accessories, and great recipe cards. 💜🍵🫖
