I fell in love with this place!! all the products are of high quality. The store is super organized and clean. The manager, Lynn is super polite, caring and helpful and all the employees too. It's a wonderful place.
Definitely a messy situation. I had been coming here since they opened and love all of their yummy teas and sugars. Upset because They overcharged me for THREE items I did not purchase which added an extra $28 to my card that I didn't spend. I had reached out and the owners contacted me telling me I'd get my money back and the manager called me the following day to try to do a return. she's new and doesn't quite have the management training under her belt and wasn't properly shown. I love this place! I was visiting from out of town but I really wish I had one of these back home. The selection and quality of teas was incredible. The store layout itself was gorgeous. The staff were helpful and customers can pick up any tea and smell them! We got loose leaf tea to go and they also make individual cups of tea there for customers. They also have tea pots and methods to make tea at home! This is an amazing shop!!
We love it here. They have a large selection of tea and spices to choose from. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You must stop in.
